The Mission of the Monterey County Young Professionals Group (MCYPG) is to be the central hub for networking, personal development, leadership and recognition opportunities that empower local young professionals (ages 21-39). Comprised of 700+ Members (and growing), MCYPG is exclusively a volunteer-run organization.
The Goals of the MCYPG Management Team are:
- To provide a forum for networking and business development through the production of regular social events and an extensive on-line resource geared toward services, events, and personal development.
- To support professional and personal development of its membership by hosting speakers and/or brief presentations at events.
- To offer leadership opportunities for young professionals by welcoming members to participate in the planning and delivery of events and activities.
- To develop a strong culture of recognition for its membership, including formal and informal recognition in the form of public events, awards, and personal gratification.
