Audrey L. Wardwell is a realtor with Sotheby’s International
Realty. After graduating from U.C.S.C. with a B.A. in
Philosophy, Audrey launched her real estate career in 1999.
Her professional experience acquired while being mentored by
several successful and well respected real estate agents in
the area combined with her experience as a private business
owner, has given her a knack for seeing the common ground
