Biography:
Hayley McCraney is passionate about serving people and her community, two qualities that have made her a perfect fit for the Hospitality Industry! She started in Guest Services and Front Office Management for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, traveling from Maui to San Diego, and eventually bringing her here, to the Monterey Peninsula, to work for Pebble Beach Company. As a Training Manager, Hayley specializes in creative development and teaching of training programs. She is an expert in providing luxury customer service, staff/management development, and teambuilding. She is driven by the desire to help inspire others to reach for more in their daily sales and service encounters both professionally and personally.

Hayley completed the San Diego Rock ’n Roll Marathon in June 2007 and the Nike Women’s Half Marathon in October 2007 with Team In Training Fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Hayley has always been outgoing, but explains that MCYPG has introduced her to other local people with passion and drive... Professionals with ideas that stimulate our community: starting businesses, networking, and event planning… which has made her love Monterey even more!

The best career advice Hayley ever received was: “Treat your employees like they’re volunteers... appreciate them for just being there!” When she’s not working, Hayley loves all of the festivals because they make Monterey County unique. She also couldn’t live without Tuesday night Farmer’s Market and the Osio movie theater!
