Biography:
Lisa Belle Kaufman has been the National Sales and Marketing Manager for Chateau Julien Wine Estate since 2007. Having worked in the wine business, in varying capacities, for nearly a decade, she has extensive experience in sales, business development, marketing, relationship building, training, and management. She began her career with Southcorp Wines, worked with Franciscan Estates/Constellation Brands, as well as Southern Wine and Spirits of North America. Her experience, work ethic, drive and passion, coupled with her upbeat spirit and true respect for people are the cornerstones to her success.

Lisa Belle grew up locally attending Tularcitos, Carmel Middle School and Carmel High School. She graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelors of Science in Communications.

Being a member of the MCYPG has positively affected Lisa’s growth is several ways; Since moving back to the area in 2006, MCYPG has been a great tool for reconnecting to the community and local peers. The events provide an enjoyable ‘at-ease’ way to build relationships with potential colleagues and businesses, as well as new friends. At the same time, MCYPG offers an introduction to new venues and businesses, providing a larger breadth and depth of exposure to the community.

When she’s not working, Lisa Belle enjoys competing in triathlons, playing guitar, cycling with the Velo group (www.vcmonterey.org), hiking Garland Park with her dog Louie, barbequing, attending local events, great wine and generally, life in Monterey County.
