Biography:
Noelle White grew up in Monterey County. She graduated from Robert Louis Stevenson School and went on to University of California Santa Barbara where she graduated with a double major in Economics and Communications. Noelle works as a Field Representative in Assemblymember Bill Monning’s Monterey District Office. This is her second year on the Management Team for the Monterey County Young Professionals Group. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Democratic Women of Monterey County
